You might recognize this from some fancy Cadillac commercial and maybe one or two phone commercials. Phoenix is originally from Paris and has put out 4 albums so far, with their most recent throwing them into the spotlight.

douggie! love the music recommendations! some of these are probably old news to you, but i just discovered the avalanches (fav song: since i left you), bon iver (very emo), minus the bear, the walkmen, and rebelution (very 420). ps your blog is absolutely hilarious.
